Generally, we see things that are based on our belief and way of looking at the world. This is the reason that when you are feeling bad then everything bad is happening to you.
Some big incidents happened in your lives and because of these incidents and difficulties, you get the impression that life is too tough and you keep asking God why all this happening to you.
It is not your fault in having such thoughts, but it is a common thing and of course such thoughts come in our mind.
It is not necessary that the people who always seem happy to you are happy actually and everything is going well with them in every way.
How many people do you know who have good relationships, good health, good financial condition, but still somewhere they are unhappy, dissatisfied and living their life half-heartedly?
If you sit to think, you will probably get many.
Happy people are those who have learned to change their mood, have learned to manage their emotions and have learned to choose their reactions wisely.
When other people tell you something often and by doing so they assure you so much that you start believing what they said to you.
How many times has it happened to you that even though you know something is wrong but you leave your right judgment and start following the wrong thing by accepting other people’s opinions?
How many times do you feel that you are lazy, stupid, worthless. However you know that you are not but because you are told this over and over again, you start believing it.
If you’re one of those people who always thinks what you believe. Then learn to trust those things that are beneficial to you. But this will not happen until you keep telling yourself positive things.
If you say to yourself that Okay, I’ll try. Then suddenly positive vibes will come inside you which even motivated you more for achieving your goal. But if you say to yourself that no, I can’t do that, I am unable to do this. Then, of course, nothing will right happen to you because you have already told yourself that you cannot do it.
Tell yourself that you are powerful. You are unique, and you are capable of doing anything. Because we often become what we think for ourselves. You have to tell yourself this every day or for weeks. You will see that the old thinking that had been holding you for years is now loosening its grip.

You should try to make yourself feel positive daily. It may be that in the meantime negative thoughts will also come to your mind but you will slowly see the change with time.
The solution to every problem doesn’t need to also be difficult. The complexity of a task doesn’t stop you from doing it. It’s your beliefs, your thoughts that stop you from doing it.
