Self-doubt – The biggest disease of a human which makes a person so hollow from inside that he starts feeling that he is not worthy of doing any work.

The treatment of this disease is just in the individual’s hands. Oftentimes, a person thinks of doing something in life. But when he faces failures, he thinks that he is not capable of doing anything.
His failures make him feel that he will not be able to do anything in life. Such people are always angry with their life and they always have doubts about themselves. They begin to feel that every mistake made by them can’t be rectified.

Every human makes mistakes. If you also made a mistake. It is not a serious issue. Don’t let this feeling of mistake get in your way.
Accept failure, get up, learn from it and try again. You live in guilt about your mistakes because you don’t accept your mistakes or never want to accept them.
2) Take Control of your life
No human life is perfect and neither is your. Difficulties come in the life of every person, in family, in career and in relationships. You are not the only one to face all this.
Just remember that you don’t need to control your thoughts, you just have to stop your thoughts from controlling yourself.
3) Focus on the positivity of life
When your self-doubt starts increasing, then you stop seeing the positive things that are happening in your life. I accept that you can’t focus on the positive things that are going on in your life, but at least don’t forget life.
You need to realise the positivity of life and the beautiful feeling of it. Because of some bad experiences, don’t forget the speciality of life.
4) Stop comparing yourself with others
Stop comparing yourself to others. You are unique and different, that’s what matters. You cannot be like another human nor can anyone be like you. So stop comparing yourself with others and focus on yourself. Try to improve yourself on an individual level.
5) Prove to critics with your results
People in this world will keep questioning you. They will keep demotivating you from time to time. Never let this criticism make you feel inferior. However, take this criticism as motivation and prove your worth with your results.
6) Don’t let your past control your present
Whatever you have done in the past, never let it affect your present and future. Don’t weaken yourself. Look at your mistakes. Understand what you did wrong and try to improve yourself.
This self-doubt is destroying your worth. Don't let this transpire. Be brave, be calm and be consistent.
