Are you Confused in life?
At some point in life, nothing seems to know where life is taking you or where it will. Looks like you don’t know what will happen to you. Things are going out of control. Dreams are falling apart. There is darkness all around. There is a big question mark on your future. Whatever you wanted, everything seems to be going wrong.
People will give you the solution. They Will tell you to fulfil your dreams by doing this and that.
But the point is, why is all this happening to you. Till you do not know the root of that problem, you will not be able to do anything.
So today I will tell you some small things which you have to implement in your life and believe me, these things will take you to great heights in life.
1) Take small steps, but move ahead.
Whatever you are facing in life right now, do not get so fed up with it that you set unrealistic goals for yourself.
Don’t do this.
Unrealistic goals are the goals that are practically not possible to achieve. You will not get anything by setting such goals in aggression. Instead of these unrealistic goals, set small goals with full consciousness, take small steps forward, but keep that goals which you can achieve.
Like –
- Get up in the morning
- Make a habit to organize your room.
- Do exercise daily.
Is it so difficult or is it unrealistic?
Of course not.
When you start setting and achieving small goals in your life. A sense of motivation will start to arise in you. These small things will boost you. It will make you a committed person to your goals.
This does not mean that you have to set a limit to your dreams and not go beyond that. You just have to take some small steps which together will help you to achieve your big dream.
2) Do those things which you have only avoided in life.
Everyone has a habit of procrastination. You have it too. But remember that a person who procrastinates in life never achieves his dreams. Now it’s up to you to choose whether to make excuses or pursue your dreams.
How to avoid this procrastination habit?
First of all, write down all those things in a paper that you wanted to do in your life. Whether it’s a big achievement or a small one. You dreamt of it. But never did those things. You just avoided things by making excuses.
Spend at least one hour a day doing those things and then see how much satisfaction you will get by doing that.
The purpose of doing all this is to make you realize that by procrastination you have just lost in life and you have gained internal satisfaction by giving a little time a day to your favourite thing. This satisfaction will help you move forward. You will like to do this work daily and gradually that work will become your habit.
3) Be honest with yourself.
You often pretend to make a good impression in front of others.
But –
- Why do you pretend to yourself?
- What do you get by pretending to yourself?
- Is there any use in lying to yourself?
Because the more you are honest with yourself, the better it will be for you. This will help you to analyze yourself. You will know where you are good and where you are bad. If you make a mistake, you have to be honest with yourself. You have to count your shortcomings so that you can choose the right path for yourself by considering your strengths and your weaknesses.
Remember that you can improve yourself only if you know how you are at present. For this, you need to be real to yourself.
If you do not know your shortcomings, then how will you work on them?
So start finding your shortcomings for your improvement. So that tomorrow no one else can find faults in you.
4) Take Actions.
You make goals. You think a lot that I want to do this and you waste so much time just thinking.
Will you achieve your goals by just thinking?
Of course not.
This does not mean that you have to take action without thinking. Think and plan but invest your 20% energy on thinking and put the rest of your 80% energy into your actions.
Take a small action. Take a small step forward. But where you stand today, don’t stand there tomorrow. At least, a small achievement is much better than living in your dream world.
5) Take responsibility for yourself.
Stop blaming your family, study and financial crisis for your situation. Where you are today is because of you.
Until and unless you take responsibility for yourself, you will not be able to know that you have made mistakes in the past and it will never be rectified.
If the financial condition of your family is not good, then who has to improve it, you have to improve it. Don’t blame it, improve it. If you get everything good in life then what will be the fun of living life.
It doesn’t matter whether the situation is good or bad. You have to take yourself to your destination. That’s it. Only then will things be possible from the impossible.
