It is not necessary to be successful every time in life. Sometimes people face failures but always remember this thing that failure is the highway to reach your success. We never look at the failures of a successful person and keep on thinking about what luck he has got. He is successful today because of his failures. He has learnt from his failures.
Behind every success, years of hard work is involved. When people fail or do not try, then they give a lot of excuses as if their luck was bad, they did not get a chance to do anything.
Our life is not so long that we spend our life making excuses. Every person dreams big and he wants his dream to be fulfilled. But due to some silly excuses, he is unable to do anything further and spends his whole life in despair. You will put thousands of excuses in front of you for not being successful, but today I will share many such examples or stories in front of you so that you will stop making excuses.
Most of you start some work and fail once or twice or to the extent four-five times and fail miserably but do not get success, then you tell ourselves that-
“It’s been enough. I can’t do anything. It is very sad for me to fail after trying so much. I can’t try anymore.”
By doing such things, we do not try anymore. We accept our defeat and sit down disappointed. This is the worst thinking ever. You are born to fight for every breath, not for accepting failures.
Do you know about these people :
ABRAHAM LINCOLN
- Who failed miserably in business at the age of 21.
- A year later at the age of 22, when he contested the election, he lost again.
- Two years later, at the age of 24, he again started a business and this time again failed miserably.
- At the age of 27, he went into depression.
- At the age of 34, he stood for re-election and failed.
- Lost in the election to the Senate at the age of 45 and failing to become Vice President two years later.
- At the age of 49, he was again defeated in the Senate election.
The same person was elected President of America at the age of 52. You must have known him, his name is ABRAHAM LINCOLN.
We can never call Abraham Lincoln a failure. If he never stood up again after being afraid of his failures then you could count him as a failure but he learned from his failures. He used it as a ladder and he succeeded. If he wanted, he could bow his head in shame and start his advocacy again but he did not like to accept his defeat.
He never gave up trying, failed again and again but he breathed only after being successful.
LATA MANGESHKAR
Sometimes numerous people also say such things that since childhood, I was under pressure from the family, so I remained too entangled in responsibilities and did not do anything big.
Our country’s eminent singer, whom you all know as LATA MANGESHKAR.
From childhood, she was burdened with family responsibilities. She sang her first song only to take up the responsibilities of the house.
THOMAS EDISON
It is often heard by people:
“Everyone teases me by calling me an idiot, due to which my confidence and morale fall and that’s s why I am not able to move forward. Everyone laughs at me calling me retarded.”
Do you know Thomas Edison ?
When he was four years old, he was thrown out of school saying that he was the biggest retard in the world and that he would never progress. He would hardly have studied in his school for three months. After that, his mother taught him and the same person grew up and made the electric bulb.
It is said that before the creation of the electric bulb, he had failed 10 thousand times during the invention. He always asserted that he did not fail ten thousand times, but he had understood that it is not possible to manufacture a bulb by these 10,000 methods. He never got disheartened by his failures and never used excuses. If a retarded child can invent the bulb, so you can do everything.
NICK VUJICIC
“I got crippled in an accident or could not do anything due to weakness.”
That’s a great excuse that you don’t have legs means you will beg, you don’t have hands means you won’t do anything.
Do you know Nick Vujicic ?
He doesn’t have hands or feet since childhood. But he never made an excuse for it. He conducts seminars, swims, plays golf all over the world today. His disability never stood as a barrier on his way to success.
Dr. APJ ABDUL KALAM
No one can forget Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Sir, but why are you forgetting that he was born in a very poor family in Rameshwaram.
He used to sell newspapers to meet the expenses of his studies. This person is now an inspiration for crores of people.
Friends, if you are taking steps to be successful, then surely many difficulties will come in your way. You may have to face many stumbling blocks, but if you keep on learning from your failures, then this failure will show you the way to your success.
You just don’t have to stop. Don’t make excuses because when you stop, you start making excuses, you start killing your dreams. After every failure, ask yourself that if you failed then what did you learn, your failure will never be empty or wasted. It will always teach you something.
